  • Serial No.
  • Reseller Invoice No. / Order ID
  • Pictures if necessary
  • Problem description
  • Your address
*Do not return your product without prior approval. Any product returned without a valid, unique Order ID will be refused and returned to the sender at the senders expense.
*Non quality issues are non refundable or exchangeable once sold. Please be aware. At the same time, we will also carefully inspect before shipping, and defective products will not be shipped out
