MCPRUE ships globally! We understand how crucial it is to receive your goods on time, especially if they are for a project or a special event. We use a large network of couriers to ensure that your order is delivered securely and swiftly from MCPRUE to any country on the planet.
As regular shipping partners, we use DHL, UPS, and many others. We strive to guarantee that your orders are transported, dispatched, and delivered securely. Depending on the customer's location, we may use a different partner depending on our previous experiences with shipping to designated locations. We recommend customers to double check the address that they write for shipping!
The cost of shipping is included in the price of our products.
Orders are dispatched within three business days after payment. This time range depending on the internal load and holidays may vary. Following your purchase, your order will arrive in the designated nation and our consumers will receive their goods in 7-10 days maximum. It usually takes less than seven days but this may change depending on the holidays and internal load of the shipping firm. We recommend customers to double check the address that they write for shipping and we recommend that you use their work address rather than their home address for delivery because most couriers only deliver between 9am and 6pm and may require a signature on receipt.
Customs, import duties or VAT are not included within these prices. They may be charged once the shipment arrives in the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate how much they would cost because customs rules and import duties differ widely between nations. We recommend that you check in with your laws and local customs office for current rates before placing your order.
When it so desires, a package can become Houdini and vanish into thin air! But don't worry, we're here to help. We'll start an investigation and look into your missing package right away! If this occurs, please notify us as quickly as possible by using the contact form, sending us an email or contacting us over Discord. Please include the Order Number (if available) in the message. It's also worth checking with your neighbors, as sometimes your package can end up there instead!
Purchasing a product is a simple three-step procedure! Step 1: Register on the website. Step 2: Add the product to your shopping cart and go to the checkout. Step 3: Fill out your information, including your name, address, payment information, and Discord username if you use the platform or want a room on our community server. Please contact us if you have any questions related to the process.
When that happens it means your order wasn’t successful nonetheless, please try again! We advise you to use PayPal (PayPal is less likely to fail). When an order is declined the previous order gets automatically canceled because of that you must place a new one.
Some of the probable reasons for cancellation are as follows:
1. The currency is not getting recognized by the system as USD. Please confirm that the payment currency is USD
2. The billing address and the delivery address differing from one another, If the invoice address differs from the registered address on the credit card, the order may be canceled for fraud concerns as well.
3. It's also possible that ordering from a different IP address will result in this situation as well. If you are using solutions like VPN or something similar please turn them off while doing an order and wait to enable it again till order is finishes getting processed and completed.
If your shipment has not yet been shipped, we can change the address with our carrier. If the package has already been dispatched then sadly the problem is most likely out of our control, but that won’t stop us trying to help! If this occurs, please notify us immediately through email or Discord, and include the Order Number (if available) in the message as well.
Unfortunately, your order can not be altered because after your order has been placed, it will be forwarded to our warehouse. If you contact us quickly, it might be possible to cancel the order. Once it has been canceled you can order the product you intended at the beginning again. When this happens immediately contact us via email or Discord. Don't forget to mention the order number in the message as well!
Emails, sometimes may end up in your spam folder. Please thoroughly check your mail box to make sure it's there. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us so that we can evaluate any problems.
When your product is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and shipping details. You may monitor it by entering the ID into the courier's website, tracker websites, or an app.
In the unlikely case that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it without any reason within 14 days after receipt of your order. If you wish to return it, please contact us ASAP via email or Discord. We will send you RMA instructions. It will describe the procedure in detail. Items must be returned to us in their original, unused condition and packaging and as specified in the instructions. Because shipping costs are included in our prices, we can only provide a refund for the product. All shipping expenses or fees are non-refundable because of that we can't refund the shipping cost.
Please accept our apologies! Please contact our us via email or Discord within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send us some images of the matter as well as your order number. If we have a replacement case in stock, we will do everything we can to make up for it. If the item is not in stock it doesn't matter. In any case, we will find an appropriate solution and ensure that this is rectified.
